Main House

The farmhouse kitchen has a tasteful mix of granite and wood counter tops, induction hob, under counter oven and a central island with bar stools.  It boasts a large picture window overlooking a covered terrace and summer kitchen with barbecue, perfect for entertaining.  To the other side of the kitchen, there is an office space or reading nook and for guests there is a separate cloakroom.  Outside is a secluded cobblestone courtyard with a pretty water tank with goldfish plus an outdoor shower.  Opening off the courtyard is a separate utility or store room with the hot water tank and plumbing for a washer and dryer.  

Back inside, the floating wood staircase leads up to the bedrooms with beautiful sloping wooden ceilings.  The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating, and views south over the garden to the surrounding hills.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over and also boasts underfloor heating. Guest Cottage

There is a separate bedroom (currently used for storage) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.  From the bedroom and lounge, doors open to a terrace and the gardens, screened from the main house by plants and mature trees.  This space is large enough to make a lovely home office or games rooms plus studio apartment for guests.


Lush lawns extend from the main house to the pool deck with outdoor shower, sunbathing areas and 4x8m pool with water feature.  Pretty gravel pathways wind amongst the mature trees and flowering bushes creating secluded seating spots. There are a variety of fruit trees including orange, lemon, clementine, quince, plum and pomegranate trees as well as grape vines, bananas, bay laurels and rosemary.  To the side of the property as well as to the south there is a large field or meadow with a pond filled with water lilies.  This would be perfect for horses or other animals and would also make a lovely vineyard or larger orchard. There is a separate access from the road to the land at the side of the house. 

The property is fully fenced and there is parking for a number of cars. A wooden garden shed (4x7m) provides extra storage and is used as a workshop. Water for the house is from mains with irrigation water from the canal system for a small fixed fee per year. An automatic garden irrigation system keeps maintenance to a minimum.
